New Research Assistant

It is with great pleasure that I introduce my new research assistant Jonathan Blagrove.

Jonathan is a history graduate of the Nottingham Trent University who works as a Marketing/Communications Assistant at the Royal London Society for the Blind. He is also a mature student at the RLSB’s Dorton College specialising in CLAIT (Computer Literacy and Information Technology).

Jonathan will use his IT skills to assist with the entering and analysis of data gathered as part of the two experiments on spatial representation by individuals with low-vision.

Working Paper

This is a short paper I wrote last year detailing the two experiments being conducted at the Royal London Society for the Blind. During the past few months I have made a few changes to the second experiment (you never know what is going to happen until you pilot...). Basically, I had to make the maze smaller - my budget for the materials was running low and the space was getting very complex.

How do you protect your maze?

After I had my tires slashed...I decided not to take any chances.
